He always answered my text and phone calls in a very timely manner. And at 75 years old there was many qustions I needed answered so that I could be assured I was not being taken advantage of. In 2018 the national median existing single-family home hit an all-time high. We have seen the housing market completely flip in a few short years. Things got busy in the housing market. It takes a certain realtor to be able to handle the heat of that wave. The way Zach handled himself in such a time was astonishing. His time management was great.
