The Wisconsin Realtors Association released its February 2019 Home Sales data today and the results are telling.
- Active listing inventory is down 13.7% statewide compared to last year
- Median sales price is up 6.1% compared to February 2018
- Homes are selling faster--an average of 12 days faster compared to February 2018.
- The metro counties are those with the lowest inventory of 2.9 months
What does it mean? Homes are selling faster and for more money than this time last year. It's time to have a conversation if you're kicking around the idea of selling this year.
